@ NotVeryLikely I now what the legal issues can become, but they usely do not call the police because it is so embarrasing. I have done this numerous times. And if you are at your families house, especially your parents or your kids, it would look ridiculous to the police that they want you to leave because their religion tells them not to talk to you. Since Spring of 2009 I have went back to the KH and even Conventions and Assemblies about 20times. I have only had the cops actually called twice. At the convention they called them and i waited for the Police to come and tell me to leave. I also made sure that I was in front of the stage to so that all my ex-JW family and friends witnessed them calling the police to have me removed. My crime was sitting and waiting for the program to start, and saying hey to an old friend. The police actually said that they didn't have the right to make me leave, but because they were complaining so much, he gave me the order to leave. If I had stayed I would have been arrested forobsttruction of justice (not obeying an officer), and then I could have challenged it in court. Actually after I talked to the police a while outside of the assembly hall an elder I know came out and told me that I am welcome to come back to the KH anytime. He apparently didn't agree with the other more by the book elders. He said just don't come back today. I find it effective to focus on the good qualities of certain ones in the borg to fight the "evil" elements in the borg.
